What to expect
Concentrates are what you get when the active parts of the plant are separated from the plant material. The result is 60 to 90 percent THC, so a piece the size of a grain of rice does what a full joint does.
The names describe texture, not strength. Badder is whipped, shatter is glassy, sauce is wet and crystalline. Rosin is pressed with heat and no solvents and is the one to try if you care about flavor. Hash and kief are the old-school versions, and they work fine on top of a bowl.
You'll need something to use it with: a dab rig or an electric rig, or a concentrate-compatible vape. If you don't own any of that, ask at the counter before you buy. We'll point you to the right thing.

No solvents, pressed from fresh-frozen flower. Best flavor, highest price.
Badder and shatter
Extracted with solvents, then purged. Strong, consistent, cheaper per gram.
Hash and kief
Sprinkle on flower or press into a bowl. No new gear needed.

How much is a dose?

How should I store it?
Sealed, cool, dark. Rosin belongs in the fridge. Shatter stays glassy if you keep it out of heat.
